How do you cope with end-of-the-year stressors?
I list and prioritize all of the things I need to get done. Lots of planning helps.

Dark leafy greens are a great source of nutrients. Which do you prefer?
Bok choy — because it gives me the "full" alphabet in vitamins (A, C, D, and K).
